Competition
Two 25 yd. courses or 50m length with lots of warmup / warmdown water guarantee fast swims. Triangle Aquatic Center (TAC) amenities, state-of-the-art air and water systems, plenty of parking and a convenient location make TAC a perfect place to host all meets; summer league through large, regional-level competitions USA Swimming (New Wave and Raleigh Swimming Association).
