LANE RENTAL POLICIES

TAC receives no tax funding and relies 100% on fees earned for providing aquatic services to the community. In order to benefit all users, TAC will be implementing a Rental & Late Payment Policy effective July 1, 2016.
Lane Rental Policy
Effective 7.1.2016, Triangle Aquatic Center will require a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total amount due for future water reservations outside of the current month. The 50% deposit is due within 48 hours of reserving the water. Credit cards are welcome (There will be a 4% surcharge for credit card payments) .
Reservations can be changed or cancelled up to 48 hours before the rental occurs. If a reservation is cancelled a credit will be applied to your Triangle Aquatic Center account.
If you chose to rent month to month you will be required to email firstname.lastname@example.org or call Elisa Bowie at 919.459.4045 x229. Requests are due 7 days prior to the 1st day of the month you wish to rent water.
Lane space cannot be guaranteed.
Late Payment Policy
Invoice payments are due no later than the 20th day of the month. If full payment is not postmarked by the 20th, a $25 charge will be added to the outstanding balance, and final notice will be sent. If full payment is not received within 60 days of the original invoice date, all future rentals will be subject to cancellation without notice.
Returned Check Policy
Any charges for check returned due to insufficient funds will be passed along to the customer.
