The Triangle Aquatic Center (TAC) is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 2002.
COMMUNITY SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM
We are the largest privately funded aquatic center in the U.S. Through community support and donations, TAC is open to the public and welcomes all aquatic-based activities and participants to use the state-of-the-art facility. Our mission is to build and operate public aquatic facilities for the health, safety, recreation and competition needs of the Triangle citizens and aquatic organizations. Over 675,000 patrons visit TAC each year and center hosts over 80 events, ranging from USA Swimming competition, Wake County High School swimming, NCHSAA state championships, water polo tournaments, triathlons, Special Olympics of NC, the National Black Heritage meet, North Carolina Senior Games and more.
The TAC TITANS Swim Team is the pre-eminent year-round swim program in the Triangle Area. The team is in its 9th year servicing the Raleigh/Cary area. The TITANS have nearly 1200 year-round swimmers at a variety of levels, ages 5-18. The TITANS consistently rank in the top 5 out of more than 3100 USA Swimming clubs and teams. The TITANS have won the North Carolina Age Group Championships, USA FUtures Championship, ESSZ Senior and Age Group Championships and were represented at Olympic Trials, USA Nationals, Junior Nationals and Futures. The TITANS sent 5 representatives to the 2021 Olympics including four USA swim team members and won 7 medals. Like TAC, the TITANS are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

Become part of a Mission to build public aquatic facilities throughout Wake County so that the entire community has access to the health, safety, recreation and competition benefits of swimming and aquatic programming.
Additionally, TAC offers a variety of scholarship programs for our programs and the TITANS. The center has always been an active participant in the USA Swimming Initiative’s Make-a-Splash program offering free or reduced priced lessons for those who qualify. Through the TITANS, we offer Opportunity Scholarships for those who wish to participate in year-round swimming, but financially are unable. The TITANS also offer a Leadership Award for those high-school age swimmers preparing for college and a Performance Scholarship for those swimming at a high level who endure the high costs of training and competition.
The team and the center both rely on corporate sponsorship to continue to offer these programs and to keep these services affordable to the aquatic community. Sponsorship can be cash donations, approved product/service donations or a combination of both. When you invest in TAC and the TITANS you are investing in athletes lives. Swimming and aquatic activities are sports that our athletes will use for the rest of their life. TAC and the TITANS believe strongly in creating a true partnering relationship with each of our sponsors. We custom create a sponsorship based on what you want to accomplish with this relationship. Sponsorship can happen at almost any financial level and encompasses the diversity of your desired outcomes.
TAC offers a variety of assets to help you get your message to our patrons. These include, but are not limited to the following:

- Advertisements in our heat sheet programs
