Parent / Child Lessons

Our Parent/Child program is taught by trained and experienced instructors to create the most optimum and ideal environment for swimmers under three years of age. We focus on comfort, confidence, and safety while including parents to aid and encourage the swimmers through activities. All classes follow a student/teacher ratio of 6:1.

Teeny Tiny TITANS (Ages 6-36 months) Primary focus of water acclimation, comfort, and participation in fun activities. Once your child has become comfortable in the water. We introduce basic swimming and safety skills while focusing on developing confidence in the water. Final goals include developing confidence and a strong skill set to help swimmers smoothly transition into safe and independent swimming.

Group Swim Lessons

Our TITANS Swim Academy Program is divided into three station based programs. TITANS 1, TITANS 2, and TITANS 3 run on a station based curriculum where swimmers learn a series of new skills at every station and advance through at their own pace. Titans 1 includes stations A through H, Titans 2 includes stations A through D, and Titans 3 includes stations E through H.

TITANS 1 (Ages 3-6) Our fun, basic learn to swim program with a 4:1 swimmer to instructor ratio. TITANS 1 stations begin with basic skills such as learning to successfully submerge yourself for five seconds. By the end of TITANS 1 your swimmer will be able to swim 25 yards of backstroke and freestyle unassisted!

TITANS 2 (Ages 7 and Up) TITANS 2 is for older or more intermediate swimmers. You must be at least 7 years old, or have been placed in TITANS 2 by an evaluation. TITANS 2 covers streamline, advanced freestyle and backstroke technique, and beginner diving.

TITANS 3 (Graduation from TITANS 2 or placed by evaluation) TITANS 3 is our program for advanced swimmers who have been placed there by an evaluation or who have graduated from TITANS 2. TITANS 3 introduces breaststroke pull and kick, butterfly kick, fine tuning technique for different strokes, and works on endurance.

TITANS Fit (Graduation from TITANS 3 or placed by evaluation) TITANS Fit is our non-competitive swim group which focuses on technique, endurance, flip turns, butterfly, and drills. Swimmers must graduate from TITANS 3 or be placed in TITANS Fit by an evaluation. TITANS Fit is perfect for swimmers who would like to join a competitive swim team, but would like more practice beforehand.
