She was a fitness instructor at SAS for over 20 years! Amy attended a variety of fitness classes for many years, but it wasn’t until she discovered Yoga that she found her true fitness/wellness calling and became more serious about her personal practice and decided to become certified. Amy wants everyone to leave her class feeling invigorated and balanced, with a healthy mind and body.
Janet Wise-Thomas

Hey TAC! I’m Janet and I have been teaching fitness for over six years. I am certified for Aquatic Fitness through Interactive Fitness of America( (IFTA) and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) to conduct group fitness, and as a Zumba instructor. I have been with TAC since October 2017 after I relocated to Cary, NC from New York City. I offer variety in my classes, and believe it’s important to change exercise programs to work different muscle groups. My motto is… “you need to change your workout to change your body”. I have a special calling for those who need to move to their next level of rehabilitation for knee and other joint disorders.

Michele Baker

My name is Michele, and I am pleased to be welcomed to the TAC Family!!

My journey started, through a life transition, where I found calmness and strength through physical activity.  I began my concentration with yoga. I developed a strong appreciation for mindfulness, and the art of linking breath to movement.  Through my exploration of different types of exercise, I found a love for a variety of practices

I enjoy sharing with clients ways to benefit from movement, how it improves health on every level: physical, mental, and emotional.

I spend my free time with my 3 children and friends exploring parks, hiking, taking trips to the pool or lake.  We enjoy outdoor activities, anything that involves animals or nature!  I have a love for trying all types of cuisine, as I was a former chef.

I am so happy and excited to start this chapter with you all!

I look forward to seeing everyone in the pool or in the gym!
