Lisa has lived all over the country – from Los Angeles to St. Louis and New York City – but has spent the last 20+ years in Raleigh. She grew up swimming and playing soccer and later passed her love of swimming on to her children. Lisa graduated from the University of Missouri and earned her MBA from the University of Richmond. She has continued her education through executive programs at UNC Chapel Hill, Cornell, and Northwestern.

After a long career at FedEx, where she served as a Managing Director and helped lead a major sales organization transformation, Lisa made a huge leap and transitioned to a Seattle-based SaaS company. Lisa is a seasoned, passionate leader focused on developing high-performing teams, aligning people around a shared vision, and creating clear pathways to success.

Outside of work, Lisa remains deeply connected to her community. She has been actively involved in parent-led swim organizations, including serving as President of the TITANS Leadership Council. Lisa also owns The Hitching Post, a locally based, family-run mobile bar focused on thoughtful service and creating memorable experiences for events of all kinds.
