Matching Gifts
Did you know many employers will match charitable gifts made by their employees and even their spouses? That means your support of the Triangle Aquatic Center could go twice (or three times) as far!
It’s simple. After making a donation or other qualifying contribution to TAC (such as your Endowment contribution payment), you:
- Enter your company’s name below to see if they participate
- If they do, click the GO TO MATCHING GIFT FORM button and
- Follow the steps provided to submit your request.

FAQs
What is a matching gift program?
Employee matching gift programs are corporate giving programs in which the company matches donations made by employees to eligible nonprofit organizations like us! It’s an easy way to make your donation go twice (or more) as far.
How do I request a matching gift?
Requesting a matching gift is normally a five-minute process which must be initiated by the donor. You can do this by filling out and submitting your employer’s match request form.

I didn’t find my company on the search page. Now what?
It’s still possible that your employer will match your donation. Check with your HR or payroll department and ask if your donation can be matched.
How is this database information obtained?
We partner with a company called Double the Donation. If you see any information about your company that needs to be updated, please email Double the Donation’s team at [email protected].
Since TAC is a non-profit, are my TITANS Swim Team dues tax deductible?
No, however, if your swimmer is in the Challenge or Elite track, the Endowment Fee you paid on your September invoice IS tax deductible. Depending on your swimmer’s group, the fee was either $200 or $120.

What is the Endowment Fee?
The TAC Board of Directors established an Endowment Fund (“Endowment”) to support the organization’s long-term mission, financial stability, and sustainability. The amount is charged per TAC TITANS family each September for those in the Challenge and Elite tracks. You can read more about the Endowment in the Financial Policy.
How do I get a tax receipt for my donation?
