Candis is a construction industry professional with broad experience in design, construction, and project delivery. She began her career with an international construction management firm and built her foundation in preconstruction, a relationship-driven discipline focused on close collaboration with clients and trade partners. Her work later expanded into design integration, allowing her to support projects from early planning through completion.

Candis currently works with Cumming Group, an international project and cost consultancy specializing in construction project and cost management services for projects across a broad range of sectors.

Outside of work, Candis is actively engaged in her community and deeply committed to public service, with a focus on creating safe, equitable environments. She lives in Raleigh with her husband and three children.
