David is head of Goldman Sachs Ayco, a market leader in company-sponsored financial planning benefits with partnerships to serve executives and employees. He also serves as a senior advisor to the Institutional Client Solutions business and is a member of the Asset & Wealth Management Inclusion and Diversity Council.

David competed on the USA Swimming National Team for six years, setting a world record and winning a Gold medal as a member of the 1996 Olympic Team in Atlanta. He currently serves as a trustee of the USA Swimming Foundation.

David earned an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler School of Business at the University of North Carolina and a BS in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University, where he captained the men’s swimming team and was an NCAA champion and record holder.
