This Saturday, November 3rd, TAC will host the re-scheduled North Carolina Senior Games.  The event was postponed from September due to Hurricane Florence.  The event gets underway at 8:30am with warm ups and the meets starts at 9:30am.  More that 125 seniors from across the state will be participating. The TAC TITANS 2018-2019 short-course season’s first event is this weekend with the annual Blue Green Intrasquad Meet, September 29-30.  This year nearly 550 TITANS will divide in half and be swimming for the Blue or Green teams. The Triangle Aquatic Center is proud to announce our new partnership with Tivity Health’s Silver Sneaker Program.  TAC is now a Network Provider Location for Silver Sneaker Aquatic, Fitness and Recreational activities. Beginning in September, TAC will expand our class offerings of Aqua Fitness to accommodate the our new Silver Sneaker participants each weekday morning.

The Triangle Aquatic Center is hosting USA Swimming Futures Championship, August 2-5.  This is the first USA Swimming Championship-Level meet ever hosted at the Center.  Nearly 625 swimmers, 125 coaches and 50 officials from thirteen states will be participating in the meet.  Futures features some of our country’s top swimming talent as swimmer’s compete to

The Tar Heel Swimming Association (TSA) League Championship returns to TAC this coming weekend.  TSA is a league of more than 90 area neighborhood pools and will bring nearly 1600 to swimmers to TAC this weekend to compete.  The event runs both Saturday and Sunday – morning sessions each day will feature 10 & Under
